The Universal Flex 30 is ideal for single-use and reusable cutlery that ensures easy mass-manufacturing and outstanding usability. Beautiful and sustainable option for injection molding. Ideal flexural strain and impact strength for complicated designs like knives and forks. Food contact approved to use with all kinds of foods in short term from 70 °C up to 100 °C for both single- and repeated use1.

This bio-based (77%) material biodegrades without leaving permanent microplastics behind2. The preferred recycling method is industrial composting3.

It is made of responsibly sourced bio-based raw materials and naturally occurring clay minerals. This also gives Sulapac Solid its beautiful ceramic look and feel that makes it stand out.

Sulapac’s patent pending innovation is a perfect fit for cosmetic brands. It works as an excellent barrier with water-based emulsions and sets a new standard when comparing biodegradable materials to conventional plastics. It is bio-based (98%) and biodegrades without leaving permanent microplastics behind.

Acceptable weight loss for cosmetic packaging is typically below 3%. Sulapac barrier is within these restrictions clearly*. On top of its excellent barrier properties, material is also GMO-free and food contact approved in Europe.

*Sulapac got a 1.3% result with its Sulapac 4-part jar with emulsion in 40’C for 12 weeks which equals 1-year shelf-life.
